Damaged Shipments Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the packaging or the product appears damaged, please do not accept the shipment. In the event of damage, please document the condition with photos or videos and request a certificate of damage from the courier company. Contact our support team immediately so we can coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that Zensora Living cannot be held responsible for items lost or contents damaged after the shipment has been signed for.
1. Returns and Full Refunds (Quality Issues)
If you receive a product with a quality defect, we are committed to making it right.

The Process: You will need to ship the defective product back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 72 hours.

Shipping: Zensora Living will cover the shipping costs for any replacement products sent to you.
2. Replacements
If you are unsatisfied due to a quality issue, we offer a replacement option.

3. Returns and Partial Refunds (Within 7 Days)
We understand that choosing products online involves personal taste. If you wish to return an item for reasons outside of quality defects, such as the following:
